"Sucession" favorita en las nominaciones de los Premios Emmy

Contra todo pronóstico le ha ido muy bien a la producción coreana El juego del calamar, con 14 candidaturas. Ambas compiten en el apartado de mejor serie dramática con Better Call Saul, Ozark, Severance, Stranger Things, Yellowjackets y Euphoria. Ted Lasso acumula 20 nominaciones (incluida la de mejor comedia, igualando su total del año pasado), mientras que The White Lotus se convierte en la serie limitada más reconocida con 20. 

Por plataformas, HBO Max lidera este año con 140 nominaciones, seguida de Netflix con 105.

Los ganadores de los Premios Emmy se darán a conocer el 12 de septiembre, en una ceremonia transmitida por NBC y Peacock. Ian Stewart, Reginald Hudlin, Byron Phillips y Jane Mun ejercerán como productores ejecutivos, con Hamish Hamilton como director. Aún no se ha nombrado un presentador.
